Arrilla Consulting (‘Arrilla’) is a majority Indigenous‑owned joint venture between KPMG and First Nations majority shareholder Glen Brennan. Arrilla’s services are dedicated exclusively to supporting organisations in their engagement with and understanding of Indigenous Australia.
Your Opportunity
The Operations Senior Consultant plays a critical role within Arrilla’s Operations Management team. This role is responsible for supporting the delivery and continued growth of Arrilla Digital—our online First Nations Cultural Competency training platform—as well as contributing to broader Consulting sales processes. The position provides essential operational support that enables Arrilla to optimise productivity, enhance client experience, and ensure strong commercial performance.
Key responsibilities for this role are:
- Oversee the Arrilla Digital client support desk and resolve client issues in a timely manner.
- Set up new Arrilla Digital tenancies for incoming clients.
- Provide pre‑sales support and participate in business development meetings with prospective clients.
- Draft client proposals and Arrilla Digital Licence Agreements.
- Engage with existing clients to renew Arrilla Digital contracts and support ongoing client relationships.
- Use MYOB to prepare and issue Arrilla invoices.
- Work closely with KPMG Finance to process invoice payments.
- Maintain CRM accuracy and report new opportunities to the business.

- Deep knowledge of key management systems including SAP, Dynamics CRM, MYOB and PowerBI tools is desirable.
- Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Excel experience preferred.
