Job Description
As an Associate Director in the KPMG Futures team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping strategic foresight initiatives that enable transformation and innovation across the firm. Working closely with senior leaders and diverse teams, you will help translate emerging trends and insights into meaningful strategies that position KPMG for the future.
This is a 12-month parental leave cover role.
Your Opportunity
In this role, you will:
- Support the delivery of the Futuresphere whitepaper and flagship event across ASPAC, contributing to KPMG’s thought leadership and market presence.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high‑impact foresight initiatives within KPMG Futures.
- Conduct in‑depth market analysis, research and horizon scanning, and lead workshops to inform strategic decision‑making.
- Develop and present clear, compelling strategic recommendations aligned to KPMG’s business objectives for senior internal and external audiences.
- Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to internal teams, building strong and collaborative relationships.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with the Connected Technology Group, aligning on strategic initiatives and future‑focused plans.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, translating insights into forward‑thinking perspectives.
- Support the development and activation of brand‑building initiatives, including thought leadership and market-facing content.

Your Experience
You will ideally have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in strategy development and execution, ideally within consulting or professional services.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities, with the ability to synthesise complex information into actionable insights.
- Excellent presentation and storytelling skills, with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience leading and working across cross‑functional teams in fast‑paced, evolving environments.
