Our team helps clients distil large and complex digital data sources into clear, defensible, and actionable intelligence.

Leveraging industry‑leading eDiscovery technology and deep technical expertise, we support clients across the full eDiscovery lifecycle while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and defensibility.

What we do

Our eDiscovery professionals support clients by:

  • Delivering end‑to‑end eDiscovery services across the EDRM lifecycle, including data identification, collection, processing, review, and production.
  • Using industry‑leading eDiscovery tools such as Nuix and RelativityOne to manage and analyse large volumes of data efficiently.
  • Designing and executing defensible eDiscovery workflows that meet legal, regulatory, and court requirements.
  • Partnering closely with clients to understand their legal and regulatory challenges and deliver tailored, practical solutions.
  • Supporting business development through client engagement, proposal development, and contribution to go‑to‑market initiatives.
  • Staying current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practice to continuously enhance our eDiscovery offerings.

Your Opportunity

We are opening applications to candidates applying as a Senior Consultant or Manager within KPMG’s DFIR team. In this role, you will:

  • Work as part of a national team of eDiscovery and legal technology specialists delivering high‑quality outcomes for clients across multiple industries.
  • Support and manage eDiscovery engagements, taking responsibility for specific workstreams or end‑to‑end delivery depending on experience.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to provide eDiscovery and legal technology services, supporting client conversations and proposals.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with client legal teams, regulators, and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide practical guidance to clients on eDiscovery strategy, defensible workflows, and regulatory compliance.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to capability development within the practice.
  • Contribute to thought leadership, market insights, and internal initiatives that strengthen KPMG’s eDiscovery offering.
  • For Manager level, take increased responsibility for client management, engagement oversight, and account growth.

This role offers strong exposure to complex matters, leading technologies, and clear opportunities for career progression within a growing national practice.

How are you extraordinary?

You are someone who:

  • Thrives in a collaborative and multidisciplinary environment, building trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Understands the critical role eDiscovery plays in managing legal, regulatory, and reputational risk.
  • Has a strong interest in eDiscovery technology and processes and is committed to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Communicates clearly and confidently, translating technical eDiscovery concepts into practical advice for legal and business stakeholders.
  • Consistently delivers high‑quality, client‑ready outputs and is comfortable presenting findings and recommendations.
  • For Manager candidates, demonstrates leadership capability and a proactive approach to growing client relationships and team capability.

Your Experience

We welcome candidates with diverse backgrounds and experiences. Ideally, you will bring:

  • Experience in eDiscovery, legal technology, or data management within a consulting firm, law firm, or corporate legal environment.
  • Hands‑on experience delivering eDiscovery services across the EDRM lifecycle.
  • Strong technical knowledge of eDiscovery platforms such as RelativityOne, Nuix, or similar technologies.
  • Experience designing and executing defensible eDiscovery workflows aligned to industry best practice.
