Join the Lenovo Sustainability Services Organization, a dedicated team committed to reducing the environmental impact of our products through strategic application of business intelligence. Our focus is on maximizing product reuse and recovery throughout their lifecycle, collaborating across functions to extend asset lifecycles and deliver incremental residual value to Lenovo’s customers.
What You’ll Do
As the Circular Economy Operational Enablement Manager, you will be a vital link between the Lenovo sales team, Project Management Office, Business Transformation, Product Offering Development, and customers. Your role involves staying attuned to market trends and customer feedback, ensuring that our circular economy services align with expectations and deliver exceptional value. Collaborating with Product Offering Development, you will scale operational capabilities to support Lenovo’s North American region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate market trends and customer feedback to align circular economy services with customer expectations.
- Collaborate with Product Offering Development to scale operational capabilities for Lenovo’s North American region.
- Develop and communicate creative circular economy service solutions to drive positive value-add, return-on-investments, and lower the total cost of ownership for customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to analyze customer processes and environments, providing circular economy expertise and solution recommendations.
- Create compelling business case collateral to support product offering development.
- Educate customers and internal stakeholders on circular economy services, serving as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor.
- Challenge existing processes to ensure the delivery of optimal solutions for customers.
- Collaborate with Business and Digital Transformation teams on necessary IT development for launching new capabilities.
- Stay updated on certifications, industry technologies, tools, and toolsets.
Basic qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Supply Chain Management or Business equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in solution development, business development, project management, and/or services operations
Preferred qualifications:
- Expertise in electronic product end-of-life management.
- Track record of process improvements across multiple regions within an organization.
- Experience in vendor management and running an effective business management system.
- Strong ability to analyze and interpret big data sets for operational decision-making.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including presentation, persuasion, and negotiation.
- Proven experience in project management, product lifecycle management, customer and vendor contracting.
The base salary range budgeted for this position is $104,000 - $130,000. Individuals may also be considered for bonuses and/or commissions. Lenovo’s various benefits can be found at www.lenovobenefits.com.
