Description and Requirements
Global Gaming Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and implement comprehensive global marketing strategies for Legion & LOQ to drive brand love within the gaming community &Geo key opinion leaders.
- Utilize data-driven insights and market intelligence to inform strategic decisions, mapping emerging trends and competitive dynamics.
- Work closely with global business leaders to create a tight sync between business objectives and marketing actions
Geo Integrated Communications:
- Collaborate closely with regional marketing teams to maintain consistent messaging and brand positioning across various communication channels.
- Work with Geo leaders to design and execute integrated communication plans tailored to diverse regional markets considering cultural nuances and local business objectives
- Run a strong BMS between global and geo teams to enable efficient and impactful planning and execution
New Product Launches:
- Spearhead the planning and execution of impactful new product launches, orchestrating integrated marketing campaigns to generate excitement within the gaming community and drive successful market entry
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination between product development and marketing strategies.
Drive Executive Alignment on annual & quarterly plans
- Craft compelling executive presentations tailored for key stakeholders, including Lenovo, strategic alliances, and retail partners.
- Communicate the value proposition and strategic vision effectively, fostering strong relationships and aligning collaborative efforts.
Analytics and Performance Monitoring:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Use analytical insights to continuously optimize marketing approaches, adapting strategies based on performance metrics.
- Budgetary planning & monitoring
- Foster strong collaborations with cross-functional teams, including global marketing functions, product development, sales, and regional marketing teams, to ensure the seamless execution of global strategies.
- Engage with external agencies and partners to enhance marketing reach and effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is advantageous.
- Proven experience in marketing strategy development, with a focus on the gaming industry.
- Strong understanding of integrated communication practices and regional marketing nuances.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Effective project management and organizational capabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating productive collaboration.
- Willingness & ability to work across time zones.
