What You'll Do: This position will be responsible for leading a sales team to develop and execute on an aggressive customer strategy for Lenovo's Healthcare Sales Vertical in the Eastern region of the US. The ideal candidate must have the ability to form and develop high level relationships with Healthcare technology customers. The Regional Sales Director will lead a team of Healthcare Account Executives throughout the region developing, managing and maintaining new and existing account relationships and delivering on aggressive sales objectives selling Lenovo's client portfolio including; PC,Storage, Servers mobile devices, workstations, software and services. This position is responsible for overall coverage and go-to- market strategy, coaching the sales team, creative thinking and problem solving, and providing thought leadership with our business partner community. Monitoring and driving team performance is a key responsibility of this role.
- 15+ years of relevant work experience
- 5+ years of people management experience
- Ability to quickly develop organization agility and leverage extended teams.
- Healthcare Industry sales experience- Ideally with Providers and ISVs
- Healthcare technology Industry network of contacts and relationships
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills, demonstrated team building, leadership, and the ability to manage multiple complex sales engagements concurrently.
- Proven ability using a structured business management system to run a high-performance sales team.
