Description and Requirements
Key Objectives of Role:
Shape and lead team of enablement managers (Global Product Services) to achieve assigned revenue and profit goals
New Service Offerings
AP focal to global team and AP markets for offering rationalization and development
Last mile go-to-market enablement for readiness to sell. Includes resolving last-mile issues, and ensuring seller and part number readiness
Markets launches with business ramp-up activities. Alignment of stakeholders to activate sales motions
Offering Localization
Localize offering delivery for competitiveness where appropriate
Localize articulation and competitive assertion in AP markets and segments
Align asset localization for enablement and campaign support
Portfolio Monetization
Meet annual portfolio revenue and profit targets through optimized portfolio mix
Achieve annual revenue and growth targets of stipulated hero offerings
Achieve time-to-revenue targets of new hero offerings
Business BMS
Analyze and BMS sales motions components to identify issues and optimize business ramp-up
Deliver business intelligence and actionable recommendations to stakeholders to enhance business performance.
Streamline sales motions to maximize sales productivity and effectiveness
SME Support
Day-to-day support to extended AP stakeholders and teams for offerings
Level 2 support for sales and opportunity pursuit
Serve as portfolio SME for organization transformation projects impacting the portfolio
Key Measurements:
Business KPIS
Annual portfolio revenue and profit targets
Annual revenue and growth targets of hero offerings
Time-to-revenue targets of new hero offerings
Team Management KPIs
Performance management of team members (Productivity and quality metrics based on % of individuals meeting business KPIs)
Learning and development of team members (Competencies and skills development of team)
Management effectiveness (Based on annual voice of employee exercise “Lenovo Listens”)

Configuration Services (End User Computing Devices and Infrastructure)

Collaboration Matrix
Reporting into Product Marketing Director (Asia Pacific Solutions & Services Group), the candidate will play a crucial role in our matrix organization, collaborating effectively to drive success. This involves collaborating with the following extended teams and functions to ensure alignment, synchronize efforts, and collectively drive success.
Global offering development team
Global solutions and services marketing team
AP marketing and enablement team
AP segment program team
AP regional solutions and services teams
AP regional account sales teams
Ecosystem partners
Corporate functions such as operations, finance
Competences Required:
This role requires a blend of the following skills and competencies.
Knowledge and experience with assigned portfolio, encompassing service offering expertise and competitive landscape
Mastery in crafting compelling sales narratives with assigned portfolio for AP markets and customer segments
Excellent communication skills across executive and operational levels
Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities, with the capacity to articulate points succinctly and impactfully
A team player with collaborative skills suited for a matrix organization
Demonstrated accountability and proficiency in working independently
Team management skills for hybrid and remote workforce
English language fluency is essential, with proficiency in additional languages being advantageous (eg ASEAN languages and Japanese)
