Description and Requirements

Key Job responsibilities include:

  • Management of the core data flows to support Partner incentives
  • Deploy targets to Partners based on Channel Programs & Nominations
  • Deliver incentive calculations & reporting daily for Partners via SDMS
  • Support Ops process with Markets
  • Support Channel Management org. on Partner program design & simulation
  • Deliver key Channel reports to support EMEA BMS if needed
  • Provide value-add input to transformation project across the EMEA Geo
  • Fulfil audit & Finance requirements around BP payments and revenue recognition
  • Deliver Retail Partner incentives calculations

Candidate Requirements :

  • Strong communications skills and ability to work cross-culturally
  • Data driven and comfortable with financial aspects of business
  • Able to take E2E view of the business
  • Strong record of developing talents and keen people focus
  • Proven driver of change & able to challenging the status quo
  • Good local network & finance experience would be advantageous

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Proven communication skills in English (speaking & writing)
  • Team player, can do attitude, flexibility
  • Master degree in Technical/Analytical/Computer science preferred
  • 1-3 years Channel experience
  • 1-3 years of Data analytics/reporting/Process & solution design
  • MS Office – advanced
  • SQL query – intermediate experience
  • Power BI, Qlik View/Sense experience preferred
  • Understanding of complex Process & reporting solutions E2E
