工作职责

· 负责基于大模型和RAG技术的个人知识库软件应用项目的整体策划、执行与管理，确保项目按时交付并达到业务目标。

· 深入理解RAG（增强搜索生成）和大模型的原理、算法和应用场景，结合项目需求制定技术实现方案。

· 与技术团队紧密合作，确保RAG和大模型技术在项目中的有效应用，解决技术实现中的难点和挑战。

· 监控项目进度，确保项目按计划推进，及时发现并解决项目执行中的问题。

· 协调项目资源，优化团队工作流程，提升项目执行效率。

· 与业务团队保持密切沟通，确保项目需求准确理解并转化为可执行的技术实现。

· 跟踪项目成果，评估项目效果，结合RAG和大模型技术的最新发展，持续优化项目执行策略。

任职要求

· 计算机科学、人工智能或相关领域的本科及以上学历，8年以上项目管理经验，其中至少2年与RAG或大模型相关项目经验。

· 对RAG（增强搜索生成）和大模型技术有深入的理解和认识，具备扎实的算法基础和编程能力，能够熟练进行技术实现和调优。

· 精通项目管理流程和方法，具备优秀的项目计划制定、进度控制、风险管理等能力。

· 优秀的沟通和协调能力，能够与技术团队、业务团队等各方有效沟通，确保项目顺利进行。

· 具备良好的分析问题和解决问题的能力，能够在项目中快速定位问题并找到解决方案。

· 对新技术有浓厚兴趣和探索精神，能够持续跟进RAG和大模型技术的最新发展，并应用于项目中。
