工作职责

· 负责公司基于RAG（检索增强生成）技术和大模型技术的知识库软件产品的需求调研、产品定义、产品规划及功能设计工作。

· 深入理解AIGC大模型与RAG技术，与研发团队共同制定产品技术路线图。

· 根据用户需求和市场趋势，设计并规划基于RAG和大模型的个人知识库以及AI Agent功能，撰写详细的产品需求文档。

· 与技术团队紧密合作，确保产品功能按时、高质量地完成开发，并进行产品测试验收。

· 跟踪产品上线后的用户反馈和市场表现，持续迭代和优化产品功能。

· 跨部门协作，与销售、市场、生产等部门保持密切沟通，确保产品高质量交付和销售.

任职要求：

· 计算机科学、人工智能或相关专业本科及以上学历，10年以上PC及互联网软件产品经理工作经验；

· 熟悉RAG和大模型技术，对于神经网络、深度学习以及知识图谱等领域有深入了解。

· 有大模型以及AI方向产品管理经验，有成功推出基于大模型及RAG技术的产品经验者优先

· 具有较好的产品分析与设计思路，有优秀的业务理解能力和逻辑分析能力；

· 具备良好的口头和书面表达能力，以及优秀的跨团队沟通和协调、推动能力；

· 流利的英语表达能力（口语/读写能力），能使用英语进行日常沟通及项目汇报；

· 熟悉敏捷开发流程，精通各种产品工具，包括Axure、墨刀、Office、Jira等
