Description and Requirements

1、基于联想3S转型目标和要求,负责联想政企业务全栈产品L1增值经销商(以下简称经销商)体系的架构设计,包括经销商的开拓、筛选、培养、经营、渠道政策制定;通过访谈和调研了解经销商需求和现状,并据此沉淀、提炼和迭代渠道体系经营方法论;
2、根据渠道能力和业务结构设计经销商的评级体系,对不同级别的经销商设计3S赋能和激励计划、渠道成长路径,推动渠道3S能力提升;
3、负责行业渠道或者某产品线专业渠道,包括但不限于ISV/SI等渠道的开拓和体系建设;
4、负责经销商的日常建设和运营,引导、支持销售组织做好经销商经营;定性和定量评估经营结果,促进经销商的覆盖、签约、激活、多产品销售四项经营指标达成。
