Description and Requirements

We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead strategic recruitment initiatives and partner with business leaders and educational institutions. This role involves overseeing full life-cycle recruitment for tech/non tech business and related roles, managing campus recruitment, and developing a diverse talent pipeline.

Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with Hiring Managers to develop sourcing plans for various business functions.
  • Overseeing full life-cycle recruitment for tech / non tech and related roles.
  • Sourcing candidates through events, career days, databases, and social media.
  • Driving special recruiting projects and liaising with stakeholders.
  • Monitoring industry and competitor activities to inform leadership.
  • Managing end-to-end campus recruitment and consulting with business leaders.
  • Building relationships with leaders and educational institutions.
  • Collaborating with various departments (Finance, HR, etc.) to drive hiring initiatives.
  • Advising senior leaders and creating recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Developing a diverse talent pipeline in partnership with the Diversity and Inclusion team.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 6-10 years of core recruiting experience.
  • Proven track record in high-growth environments.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple high-priority requisitions.
  • A sense of humor and a desire to challenge the status quo.
