Description and Requirements
Responsibilities:
Business Planning and Management:
• Candidate will be responsible for working with ISR teams in expanding Visuals & Accessories business in GTAP including Identifying the right focused customers to drive attach and growth.
• Candidate will be responsible for working with ISR teams in driving better coverage and ensure growth in Attach business by ensuring Sales enablement, tracking Attach rate- Quote and Order load, customer pitching, engaging with teams in responding to RFP’s.
• Candidate will be responsible for analyzing the pipelines, ensure pipeline hygiene, timeliness, coverage and high conversion to revenue.
Quarterly & monthly execution of:
•Engage with Segment ISR team, at times customers to drive attach of Visuals & Accessories business.
•Drive stronger partnerships with ISR Leads and conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews to drive improvement to business.
•Build and support segment wise focused growth initiatives along with Segment and Category leads- lead and track execution.
•Organize quarterly training with support from Category to drive product knowledge and awareness and mindshare
•Drive Blitz activities for more funnel opportunities
