Sharepoint Engineer - In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint solutions for an organization/client
You Will:
• Designing and developing custom SharePoint solutions based on business requirements.
• Creating and configuring SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and web parts.
• Providing technical support for SharePoint users.
• Developing and implementing SharePoint security and access controls.
• Monitoring SharePoint performance and troubleshooting issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements and translate them into technical designs and specifications for SharePoint solutions.
• Working with End-Users and Vendors to support applications and environments.
• Implement and maintain SharePoint security and access controls, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular system health checks and capacity planning to anticipate and address potential bottlenecks.
• To remediate the security findings for Web Penetration, Infra Penetration and VMS based on Security report.
• Familiarity with the upgrade process for SharePoint and windows Servers, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to business operation.
• Familiarity with IIS, and Microsoft Active Directory
• Monitor and maintain agreed Service level, document, regularly update system configuration, and provide comprehensive report to relevant part on a regular basis.
You Bring:
• A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience of relevant working experiences as a SharePoint administration.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint 2016/2019, SharePoint Online and Sharegate migration tool
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for SharePoint administration and understanding of SharePoint architecture, including farm configuration, service applications, and search.
• Develop, configure, and customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and web parts to address specific business needs and improve operational efficiency.
• Set the permissions, manage user access, analyze system performance, and troubleshoot issue.
Other Requirements:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to think strategically and tactically about complex cloud security issues.
• Excellent communication skills, including communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• The ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with other IT professionals.
• The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
• Preferably possess certifications in SharePoint or cloud certification and ITIL4 foundation Certification
