Description and Requirements

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for tax compliance for both direct and indirect tax;
  • Review of tax returns and tax computations for regional entities including but not limited to GST/VAT, corporate tax, withholding tax, etc.;
  • Preparation and filing of estimated tax payable / interim payments for these entities;
  • Tax provisioning on a quarterly basis for Lenovo entities;
  • Involvement with tax audits, if any;
  • Preparation of tax related accruals on a quarterly basis;
  • Analyze tax professional fee budgets annually;
  • Support the statutory audit on true-up calculation, tax adjustments and deferred tax analysis;
  • Provide tax advices on ad-hoc basis;
  • Support tax projects when required;
  • Support tax analysis.

What you’ll bring/ Position Requirements:

  • At least 7+ years relevant indirect and/or direct tax experience;
  • Results oriented with strong ability to multitask and organize priorities;
  • Excellent planning, analytical, teamwork and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong Knowledge of Excel. Experience with SAP or other tax reporting software is a plus;
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
