Description and Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Take initiative and lead employee relations team efforts for the Asia Pacific geography, working closely with HR partners, managers and employees in the region as a subject matter expert on ER matters.
- Conduct internal investigations related to ER matters such as harassment, discrimination and inappropriate workplace behavior, and oversee HR business partners conducting similar investigations.
- Help to maintain internal HR policies, interpret such policies, and provide advice and guidance to HR business partners with respect to those policies.
- Develop and provide training to the HR organization about Employee Relations initiatives and policies.
- Thinking creatively and collaborating with HR teams within the geography to find opportunities to enhance employee experience and support the Company’s workplace culture.
- Provide support and guidance for Employee Relations issues and disputes.
- Educate managers and HR Partners to avoid future risks.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related field
- 7 – 10 years of experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations or a related field
- Experience conducting internal investigations in a global, multi-cultural company
- Understanding of employment laws across Asia Pacific markets
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work with confidential information
- Ability to work independently
