Key Objectives of Role:
· New Service Offerings
o Primary AP focal to global team and AP markets for offering rationalization and development
o Last mile go-to-market enablement for readiness to sell. Includes resolving last-mile issues, and ensuring seller and part number readiness
o Markets launches with business ramp-up activities. Alignment of stakeholders to activate sales motions
· Offering Localization
o Localize offering delivery for competitiveness where appropriate
o Localize articulation and competitive assertion in AP markets and segments
o Align asset localization for enablement and campaign support
· Portfolio Monetization
o Meet annual portfolio revenue and profit targets through optimized portfolio mix
o Achieve annual revenue and growth targets of stipulated hero offerings
o Achieve time-to-revenue targets of new hero offerings
· Business BMS
o Analyze and BMS sales motions components to identify issues and optimize business ramp-up
o Deliver business intelligence and actionable recommendations to stakeholders to enhance business performance.
o Streamline sales motions to maximize sales productivity and effectiveness
· SME Support
o Day-to-day support to extended AP stakeholders and teams for offerings
o Level 2 support for sales and opportunity pursuit
o Serve as portfolio SME for organization transformation projects impacting the portfolio

· Annual portfolio revenue and profit targets
· Annual revenue and growth targets of hero offerings
· Time-to-revenue targets of new hero offerings

Collaboration Matrix
Reporting into Director, Portfolio Enablement & Business Management Team (AP Services Solutions & Services Group), the candidate will play a crucial role in our matrix organization, collaborating effectively to drive success. This involves collaborating with the following extended teams and functions to foster alignment, synchronize efforts, and collectively drive success.
· Global services offering development team
· Global services product marketing team
· Global services training team
· Global strategic programs team
· AP and local sales and delivery teams
· AP services business management team
· AP campaign marketing team
· Corporate functions such as legal, operations, finance
Competences Required:
This role requires a blend of the following skills and competencies.
· Knowledge and experience with assigned portfolio, including service offering expertise and AP competitive landscape
· Mastery in crafting compelling sales narratives with assigned portfolio for AP markets and customer segments in order to drive positioning, revenue and market share gains
· Excellent communication skills across executive and operational levels
· Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities, with the capacity to articulate points succinctly and impactfully
· A team player with collaborative skills suited for a matrix organization
· Demonstrated accountability and proficiency in working independently
· English language fluency is essential, with proficiency in additional languages being advantageous (eg ASEAN languages and Japanese)
