Description and Requirements
Position: Sr Marketing Manager Lenovo ISG for India Region, Bangalore
Job Scope:
- Leadership & Strategy:
- As the India ISG Marketing Leader, you will report directly to the Asia Pacific ISG Marketing Leader. You will be responsible for transforming marketing operations into a profit center with clearly defined KPIs for the India region.
- Develop and execute the ISG marketing plan to drive awareness, demand generation, and channel enablement, positioning Lenovo as the most strategic enterprise solution partner.
- Lead annual and quarterly marketing planning, ensuring alignment with business strategic priorities, and setting clear goals, roadmaps, and milestones.
- Campaign Management & Execution:
- Drive integrated marketing communications with a strong emphasis on Lenovo ISG-led events, third-party alliances, and comprehensive 360-degree digital campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with alliance partners on co-marketing initiatives and GTM (Go-To-Market) development.
- Develop and implement segment-based campaigns to promote the ISG's ThinkSystem, ThinkAgile, and ThinkEdge solutions through ISG solution campaigns focused on Cloud AI, Edge AI, Data Center AI, and Data Management.
- Design and orchestrate high-impact B2B events targeting CIOs and IT decision-makers to enhance engagement and strengthen Lenovo's position as a strategic partner in the enterprise space.
- Design and execute C-level executive programs to capture the mindshare of key decision-makers within target key accounts.
- Database & Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain a robust database to support C-level campaigns and account relationship-building initiatives.
- Oversee the end-to-end lead management process, leveraging regional tools and infrastructure to ensure effective lead tracking and nurturing.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the India ISG marketing team, providing clear strategic direction and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Ensure consistent, focused messaging and GTM readiness across products, channels, events, digital platforms, social media, and PR/Media.
- Collaboration & Reporting:
- Maintain a systematic cadence for updates and discussions with AP ISG Marketing, India Business Leaders, WW ISG Marketing, and AP Segment Leaders.
- Manage marketing automation (Marketo and Dynamics) for database management, lead tracking, and campaign effectiveness measurement.
- Operational Efficiency:
- Implement integrated and centralized processes across all regions, ensuring alignment with global best practices.
- Oversee marketing investment management, including vendor payouts, proof of execution submissions, and ensuring 100% brand compliance of all creatives.
Candidate Profile Requirements:
- Experience & Expertise:
- A strong track record of driving and delivering world-class demand generation programs in B2B Technology Marketing.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, with 10-15 years of experience in Enterprise/B2B Technology marketing, with deep knowledge of Cloud, SDI, HCI, Server, and Storage marketing.
- Proven regional experience in APAC marketing, with a well-established network among key technology players.
- Hands-on experience managing Marketing Automation & CRM systems, particularly Marketo and Dynamics, is essential.
- Skills & Attributes:
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, combined with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Highly detail-oriented, with a strong grasp of figures and a cautious approach to data management.
- A fast learner who excels in a high-paced environment, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
- Proficiency in English, both written and oral, is required.
