Description and Requirements
- Support Finance LBS CEO to design and refine strategy, operation governance model, framework, methodology and process of Finance Business Service Center/COE(Center of Excellence).
- Support CEO with Finance transformation and innovation.
- Assist CEO in providing effective support to CGBP (Corporate Governance Business Partnering) and governance on CoS (Center of scale) to realize excellent collaboration and operation deliverable outcomes.
- Lead/cooperate with relevant project programs to ensure efficient operation and execution.
- Coordinate with LBS Tower Heads and supporting functions to drive specific assigned projects effectively for completion, and achieve desired objectives.
- Preparation of executive presentations, reports, and executive summaries.
- Analyse and develop a fundamental understanding of the GEO/Region markets, economic factors and market trends to forecast ahead of the industry.
- Provide insights to management on operation performance, weakness of internal control and ad hoc projects status.
- Identify business and operational potentials, be a champion of change management and the driver for continuous improvement.
Skill Requirements
- Intelligent commercially curious, dynamic strategic finance professional.
- Strong ownership, proactive, self-motivated, high ownership, passionate, resulted-oriented and process & detail attentive, effective executer.
- Quicker learner, experience with rapid and complex changing work environment, strong willing to learn and take challenge.
- Well-organized and strong in planning, excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
- Strong in analysing and solving problems and innovative on approach.
- Fluent English.
- Excellent PPT, excel skills.
Experience Requirements
- At least 8 years’ experience in strategic planning related field, familiar with Finance or relevant global roles.
- Business consulting experience or strategic planning experience from big Multi-national companies preferred.
Education
- Possess outstanding academics achieved from a leading international university.
- Bachelor or master’s degree in finance, Accounting and MBA.
- CPA, CMA or CFA equivalent is a plus.
