EMEA Financial Claims Controller

These are your detailed responsibilities:

  • Lead and support a team of fin claims analysts to support timely and correct resolution of financial disputes and cash collection
  • Close cooperation with other internal teams within Lenovo (GSC, Services, Sales..) to get end to end understanding and provide right judgement on fin claims resolution
  • Make sure Fin Claims SLAs are achieved, provide guidance to address issues (tactical & strategic direction)
  • Comply with Fin Claims operating controls and processes
  • Review & approve Fin Claims within delegation and make sure official delegation of authority is properly followed
  • Process enhancements with the goal to either speed up the resolution of disputes or reduce the number of disputes
  • Perform reviews with analysts, upper management, sales as required
  • Design, review and improve reports to enable the analysis of fin claims/OTC data, quarterly support and coordination of internal and external audit requirements.
  • Manage relationships/communications with internal & external customers, support factoring reconciliation

You will report to EMEA Accounts Receivable Senior Manager.


What you’ll bring/ Position Requirements:

  • Min 3-4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable/OTC finance
  • Effective written and oral communication in English, any other languages are plus
  • OTC process strong understanding & ability to drive improvements.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail, coordination of team activities and strategy and operational goals set up, organized person with logical approach in addressing issues and strong analytical skills, ability to work under a challenging environment.
  • Goal-orientated individual with strong time/ task management, excellent communication and presentation skills as you will be working with GEO CFOs
  • SAP experience is required, Power Bi- VBA intermediate level is a plus, advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Minimum education – bachelor’s degree (Economics / Finance / Business Administration is a plus)

Base gross monthly salary from 1800 EUR, depending on experience + variable part 12% of your annual earnings.
