Our in-house team is responsible for designing, building, and deploying CSP solutions worldwide.
What You'll Do
As a Sr. Technical Program Manager, your primary responsibility will be to develop and deliver server and rack solutions to global CSP customers throughout the product lifecycle.
Oversee solution readiness from initial concept through the product’s end-of-life as a program manager, covering stages such as POC, NPI, maintenance, and customer transitions to new solutions.
Manage the entire solution development process, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budgeting, ensuring product development aligns with our commitments to timeliness, cost-effectiveness, quality, and strategic objectives.
Serve as the primary technical liaison between development and operations teams and US-based CSP customers.
Own the customer technology profile, defining requirements such as design proposals, data center environments, network topology, OS versions, testing requirements, deployment processes, and more.
Lead engineering teams in Asia and the US to promptly identify, prioritize, and resolve all customer-related technical issues.
Basic Qualifications
10+ years experience in technical program management within data center/hyperscale environments or related industries.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or engineering field (Master’s preferred).
Required experience in server systems design and debugging
Preferred Qualifications
Fluent in English, with proficiency in speaking or writing Chinese as an added advantage.
Strong understanding of both hardware and software.
Preferable knowledge of server design, including board layout, memory, signal integrity, power systems, mechanical components, I/O, BMC, and BIOS.
Demonstrated ability to own and execute projects from CONCEPT to EOL.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
