This role is part of Lenovo’s Global Future Leaders Program which engages high-achieving, driven students by immersing them into the world of a global technology powerhouse. This Global Future Leader role is hosted in Lenovo's enterprise-wide, Global Organization Development Team, which is part of the WW Human Resources department. As a member of our vibrant, global HR community you will provide key project support for:
- Skills-Enabled Talent Management
- Strategic Business Alignment Initiatives
- Lenovo Listens (annual employee survey), Voice of Employee, Org Assessment & Development
- Top 100 Leader Initiatives
- Strategic Culture Alignment Initiatives
- HR Executive Committee Initiatives
You will provide consultation and execution in three or more of the following OD disciplines:
- Skills-Enabled Talent Management (including talent planning and succession)
- Org Survey Development & Analytics (i.e., org health, voice of employee)
- Individual Psychometric Assessments for Selection and Development
- Organizational Design
- Change Management
- Workforce Planning
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Behavioral Sciences or related field education and experience preferred; bachelor's degree required, master's degree preferred
- Working knowledge of research design methodology and multivariate statistics
- Project Management
- English Language Proficiency
- Strong Communication Skills
- Verbal and Written
- PPT Design for Executive Presentations
- Excel for data manipulation and data visualization
Global Future Leaders Program REQUIREMENTS
- Master’s students graduating between 2023 and 2025 completing a degree in Industrial Psychology, Technology or Business Management disciplines
- GPA: 3.3 minimum
- Visionary spirit with thought leadership with a passion for technology and innovation
- International expertise (study abroad, internships)
- Willingness to work from Raleigh/Durham, Lenovo US Corporate Office
- Program Start Date: August 2025, job start can be flexible based on the candidate's graduation date
