Are you early in your career and eager to make an impact? In this role, you'll play a vital part in our International Sales Office (ISO) and belong to Strategy & Sales Operations organization which has the responsibility to drive the business with CEO/Sales General Managers as their right-hand people via improving & leveraging the sales capability, developing & solidifying Sales process and business analysis with handling both internal/external data.
Japan ISO Sales Operation Specialist drives One Lenovo business in Japan with following responsibilities.
- Tracking and reporting of sales KPI to drive sales activities
- Analyze the business opportunity
- Develop and lead (initially support) sales enablement program
- Cooperating with AP/WW folks about developing new reporting to accelerate One Lenovo
This role can potentially rotate among segments such as B2B/B2C in IDG (Intelligent Device Group) and also ISG (Infrastructure Solution Group), so can effectively build up the skills and also broader knowledge of the Lenovo's business.
Key interaction with:
The person will be in contact with Sales, 4P, Finance and Supply chain functions for both IDG business (mainly PC) and ISG business (mainly Server). Also the person will have lots of chance to work with senior managements in Lenovo Japan such as CEO, Sales GMs even from younger ages.
Requirements
- Degree in Business or Operations/Sales Management, MBA Preferred
- Strategic thinking
- Data analysis, Analytical Skills,
- Interpersonal Communication
- Japanese fluency (JLPT1st or equivalent) and Business level English
- Ability to work in Lenovo's Tokyo, Japan Corporate Office
- Proven Leadership (via Clubs, Internships, Projects and/or Job Experience)
