Description and Requirements

We are seeking a passionate and skilled professional for the role of eSupport Upsell Project Manager. Join us and become a part of eService support team of one of the world’s largest IT companies that chooses to be different and better.

What You will do:

  • Drive various projects inside PC Parts Sales and Billable Repair business scope cross all the eChannels, like eSupport, on-device App, Community, etc.
  • Cooperate with different teams and stakeholders to drive cross-functional projects, making sure project is deployed on time on target.
  • Track project targets, post project deployment, and contribute to sales revenue growth, monthly readout to executives to show performance, status, etc..

What we expect from You:

  • Fluent in both oral and written English.
  • Bachelor degree or above.
  • More than 5 years of experience in oversea projects.
  • Better to have experience in eCommerce, B2B sales, service projects, sales projects.
  • Knowledge about computer products.
  • Rich experience in multinational company is preferred.

Base gross monthly salary starts from 2500 EUR. The final offer could be, of course, negotiated higher than the advertised minimum - it all depends on your experience! In addition, there is also a variable part (a bonus) in value of 12% of your annual earnings.
