Key Responsibilities:

• Portfolio Strategy: Lead the strategic direction of the global desktop product portfolio and implement a clear product roadmap. Create a comprehensive agenda focusing on product planning, market competition analysis, and market alerts to inform strategic decisions and enhance product offerings. Build confidence in our portfolio by proactively addressing concerns with effective solutions. Analyze the competitive landscape for each product tier, define key selling points and value proposition to customers, and optimize resource allocation to ensure market competitiveness across regions.
• Customer Engagement: Connect with customers to understand their needs and preferences. Conduct customer research to improve scalability while maintaining exceptional value to customer.
• Innovation: Lead product innovation by integrating cutting-edge technologies, maintaining our industry leadership position. Have a deep understanding of the AI technology landscape and guide the implementation of new AI enabled user experiences across our portfolio.
• Team Collaboration: Act as a strategic leader internally and externally, building stakeholder trust and promoting cross-functional collaboration to achieve portfolio goals.
• Leadership and Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing portfolio planning team, creating a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation. Guide team members' professional growth and align their development with organizational objectives.

Basis Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in product management, portfolio planning, or strategy, preferably in the high-tech industry.

• Demonstrated success in driving portfolio efficiency and optimization across global markets.
• Working knowledge of Intel, AMD, and Qualcomm CPU/chipset roadmaps.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with emphasis on data-driven decision-making.
• Foundation in finance and business analysis.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
• Proven track record in people management, including leading and developing diverse teams.
