Description and Requirements

Do you want to be a part of the Intelligent Transformation at the fastest moving IT company in the world? Do you want to be a part of our highly successful Intellectual Devices Group and always be closing? Then this job is for you! You own a specific set of accounts within our IDG Team. Working directly with customers and Business Partners will be a key part of your role, selling our entire personal systems products portfolio. KPI's for this job consists of revenue and profit goals as well as different quarterly incentives. You will also be measured on your outbound activity level and ability to create and close opportunities.

What You will do:

- Manage sales territory and account engagements.
- Identify, qualify, and win both existing and new business opportunities, while achieving profit and revenue objectives.
- Develop long term sales pipeline to increase Lenovo's market share.
- Sell products and solutions to customers on a partnership basis. May act as a dedicated resource to variety of strategic accounts.
- Build and maintain relationships with decision makers and decision influencers, key business partners and influencers in the territory.
- Establish a professional, working, and consultative, relationship with the client, including the C-level by developing a core understanding of the business needs of the client within their industry.
- Understand and effectively communicate the value of Lenovo solutions to customers.
- Ensure that our customers receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service.
- Identify and secure cross selling and up selling opportunities.
- Work within corporate initiatives including forecast and opportunity management to reach high performance goals.
- Maintain all CRM tools.
What You will bring:
- Higher education. Technical education will be advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales.
- Proven track record of growing revenues, profitability, and market share.
- Results oriented.
- Knowledge of IT systems and IT industry players.
- The ability to formulate, negotiate and close deals at a high level with clients.
- Be professional in attitude, conduct and appearance.
- Fluent in English and Russian
