Description and Requirements

We are seeking a Sales Operations Manager in the Manufacturing Vertical to partner with our Global Accounts Sales teams across GEOs. Reporting to the GA Sales Operations Director, responsibilities include facilitating day to day business operations to support the manufacturing Sales Leader in any aspect of the daily business to drive the achievement of financial objectives and profitable revenue growth.


Tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Facilitating regular weekly sales forecasting and planning process with Sales teams.
  • Support cadences for manufacturing vertical and own any follow up items. Attend related sales and vertical, One Lenovo BMS and interlocks.
  • Create, design, and develop sales reports for senior sales management and relevant stakeholders.
  • Propose improvement plans that are based on sales performance reports.
  • Use forecasting tools to compile and analyze data, drive pipeline utilization.
  • Assess & mitigate risks and issues through effective contingency plans. Gather facts, diagnose problems, and propose solutions to senior management.
  • Continually strive to enhance all Sales Operations processes and programs to improve sales efficiency and consequently revenue growth.

Further responsibilities include:

  • Subject matter expert on core business processes to ensure KPI's and SLAs are met or exceeded.
  • Close interlock with support functions (GSC/GL/Finance/AR/ GAFM/GPM) to drive continuous improvement.


Position Requirements:

  • 3-5 years post qualifying experience from a large International Company or a company with matrix organization.
  • Used to working to tight deadlines and in a dynamic and flexible environment.
  • Experience in business indicator and data analysis, problem solving and trouble shooting.
  • Sound skills and proven track record of independent project management.
  • Excellent English language skills and overall strong writing, exceptionally good communication skills and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and from strong and effective networks with internal partners.
  • In depth knowledge of working with Microsoft Office.

Base gross monthly salary starts from 4.000 EUR. The final offer could be, of course, negotiated higher than the advertised minimum - it all depends on your experience! In addition, there is also a variable part (a bonus) in value of 12% of your annual earnings.
