Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilities

1 Conduct in-depth analysis of global and regional PC peripheral market trends, competitive dynamics, user needs, and technological advancements to support strategic decision-making.

2 Monitor leading brands and competitors in product categories like displays, peripherals, and accessories, identifying opportunities for differentiation.

3 Produce actionable market reports and drive product strategy adjustments based on insights.

4 Lead product line planning (Good, better, best) and SKU optimization, balancing market demand, regional preferences, and company resources.

5 Collaborate with product teams to define product positioning, pricing strategies, and core selling propositions, ensuring competitive differentiation and profitability.

6 Manage product lifecycle processes, phasing out underperforming SKUs and introducing new high-potential categories.

7 Develop end-to-end omnichannel GTM plans for product launches, promotions, and channel policies, coordinating resources across online/offline platforms.

Job Requirements

1Have 5+ years of experience in PC/peripherals business development, product management, or channel strategy.

2Demonstrate proven expertise in market analysis, product portfolio optimization, and GTM execution.

3Possess strong negotiation skills with experience in managing global retail, e-commerce, or B2B channels.

4.Fluency in English is a plus.

5Be proficient in data analytics tools such as Power BI and Tableau, and CRM platforms.
