We are looking for a highly dynamic individual with good relationship and communication skills along with executive level business acumen and Account Management experience.
As a Smart Collaboration Relationship Business Development Manager for Lenovo, you will be responsible for driving Workplace Collaboration opportunities through new and existing Customers. This is a key member of the German Smart Collaboration Team and pivotal in ensuring the success of Lenovo’s profit and revenue goals in the Enterprise, Public Sector and Global Accounts Segment by owning the end-to-end process of strategic planning for EPS and GA. In this function, you will drive high-touch actions to maximize revenue and profit, while monitoring daily results and preparing weekly and monthly analysis.
You will understand Lenovo’s portfolio of award-winning Collaboration (A/V) solutions and develop strategies to help new and existing customers find and implement the best solutions. This is a customer-client facing, high-growth sales role requiring deep industry experience, the ability to identify, cultivate, and close net new business, and expertise working large deals at the C level.
Requirements:
- Be able to position Lenovo products and value proposition.
- Have strong can-do attitude to navigate complex environments and be center of business proposition among local EPS and GA colleagues in an overlay type of business (Sales Specialist) – strictly required
- Have working knowledge of the AV Resellers and UC technologies - preferred
- Have minimum 3 years proven track record in Sales funnel management, strategic selling, acquisition, and account management, strong interpersonal and communications skills, demonstrated team building, leadership and the ability to manage multiple complex sales engagements concurrently.
- Have an entrepreneurial approach that is imaginative, smart, passionate, and approachable.
- The role is responsible for execution of business strategy, setting tactical and strategic business proposition for Enterprise and Global Accounts Customers and provides strong leadership and accountability.
- This position will require travel, estimated at 50%, across Germany.
