Description and Requirements
We are looking for a new Sales account Executive for our Enterprise & Public Sector team.
You will be the owner of your territory and will focus on customer acquisition and retention to sell Lenovo products, services, and solutions to end customers.
You will be responsible for discovering opportunities and selling the benefits of the full catalog of Lenovo Device Group. You will champion the innovative power of our products by driving sales with key customers to achieve revenue and profitability objectives. You understand Lenovo's portfolio of award-winning products and will develop strategies to acquire new customers and implement the best solutions.
In terms of organization - you will report to the Public Sector Sales Manager.
- Quota Achievement: Manage territory and account engagement to consistently exceed sales targets.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with decision-makers, influencers, and partners.
- Pipeline Development: Build long-term sales pipelines to drive sustained revenue growth.
- Strategic Sales Planning: Develop complex sales strategies to achieve short- and long-term goals.
- C-Level Engagement: Establish consultative relationships with clients, including C-suite executives.
- Proactive Solution Selling: Deliver proactive solutions and achieve aggressive sales targets.
- Customer Experience (CX) Excellence: Ensure outstanding customer experiences throughout the sales process.
- Collaborative Sales Execution: Utilize structured processes, collaborate across Lenovo, and deploy the "One Lenovo" culture for effective sales execution.
What do we expect from you?
- 5+ years proven track record in strategic selling to Public sector, Large Enterprise or Global Accounts required.
- Services solution, server & PC industry experience
- Possesses C-level executive relationships within an account
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex sales engagements
- Curiosity about the changing technology industry
- Strong financial, operational and business development acumen
- Customers & partners located in Paris area
