About the Role
As Lenovo continues to drive innovation and intelligent transformation, our OEM business in EMEA is one of our most exciting growth ventures. We are looking for a high-energy and goal-oriented Inside Sales Representative to support our OEM segment across the Nordics and Poland.
In this role, you will be the key point of contact for customers over the phone—building trust, identifying new opportunities, and collaborating with internal and external partners to drive success. This is more than a sales job—it’s a relationship-building, solution-selling, goal-smashing opportunity to help shape Lenovo’s OEM business.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and close new and incremental business opportunities to drive Lenovo’s OEM growth.

Build and maintain a robust pipeline, achieving 200%+ pipeline coverage per quarter and updating CRM tools regularly.

Proactively manage the full sales cycle, from configuration and pricing to negotiation and quoting.

Drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities within assigned accounts and territories.

Deliver accurate forecasts, account plans, and weekly updates using internal reporting tools.

Collaborate closely with field sales specialists, sales support, and business partners to execute opportunities and resolve customer issues.

Engage in marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives to promote Lenovo OEM solutions.

Ensure customer satisfaction through consistent communication, issue resolution, and roadmap guidance.
Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the IT industry, preferably in a similar inside sales role.

Fluent in English and one Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian).

Strong understanding of solution selling and customer needs in a B2B environment.

Proven ability to work cross-functionally and cross-culturally with distributed teams.

Energetic, persuasive, and comfortable building trust over the phone.

High attention to detail and strong data-handling skills.

A collaborative mindset and a passion for helping customers succeed.

Honest, responsive, and eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced sales team.
