About the Role
Lenovo’s OEM business in EMEA is rapidly expanding, and we are seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Representative to support our growth across France and the Benelux region. This role is pivotal in building long-term customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and collaborating closely with internal and external partners to drive revenue.
In this position, you'll act as a strategic point of contact for customers over the phone—guiding them through the sales cycle, providing product expertise, and ensuring satisfaction through proactive engagement. Key Responsibilities

Identify, qualify, and win new and incremental business to promote Lenovo’s OEM offerings.

Build a strong sales pipeline, achieving 200%+ pipeline coverage each quarter and maintaining records in CRM tools.

Drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities to maximize account value and customer satisfaction.

Participate in marketing campaigns and sales initiatives, updating internal systems with progress and outcomes.

Stay ahead of product updates and roadmaps, proactively informing customers and suggesting upgrade paths.

Deliver accurate sales forecasts and maintain detailed account plans and reporting documentation.

Work closely with sales support and field sales teams to manage customer issues and uncover new opportunities.

Build lasting partnerships with business partners to support long-term customer success across the region.
Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a similar IT industry role.

Fluent in English and French; Dutch is a strong plus.

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport over the phone.

Demonstrated success in solution-based selling and relationship management.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and data handling skills.

Comfortable working in cross-functional, multicultural environments.
