Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with senior leaders from Lenovo and corporate partners to identify and build joint solution initiatives, including sales motions, marketing investment plans, and regular cadences with Executive, Product, Geo, and Sales teams.
  2. Establish deep trust and facilitate information flow across key groups such as the Consumer Business Unit, Lenovo China team, Corporate Alliance team, Procurement, and Alliance Partners.
  3. Act as a point of escalation for complex issues, providing support to internal teams while advocating for both partners and Lenovo.
  4. Analyze partner initiatives, identify mutual opportunities, forecast strategic changes, and report key metrics to stakeholders to drive informed decision-making.
  5. Summarize industry earnings and market reports to generate actionable insights and recommendations that go beyond basic reporting.
  6. Communicate partner programs and value propositions to internal teams to ensure adoption and alignment with organizational goals.
  7. Facilitate Internal and External EBRs, QBRs, and Executive cadence meetings to maintain strategic alignment.

Job Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 10 years of experience, preferably in the tech industry, with a focus on partner/alliance management or program management.
  2. Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple complex topics and projects simultaneously.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
  4. Ability to distill complex data or situations into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
  5. Strong collaborative mindset, adaptability, and a proven track record of building relationships across teams.
  6. Strategic thinking combined with meticulous attention to detail to drive impactful outcomes.
  7. Demonstrated ability to build trust and mutual respect with internal and external stakeholders.
  8. Willingness to travel internationally approximately twice a year.
