■Role and responsibilities
- Developing and driving quarterly / yearly business development plan and execute workstation business in SMB segment
- Deepen relationship with business partners for incremental business growth together
- Strategic planning and execution for sales goal achievement and growth of workstation business (Include both of existing accounts and new accounts / market promotion and development)
- Build up alliance with ISVs and IHVs to enable solid Lenovo WS eco-system
- Deal management and development of business review materials
■Key Interaction with:
Lenovo Channel Sales team, Commercial Sales team, Commercial Marketing team, Sales Operation team, 4P team, and other LOB teams.
■Business Trip (Location, frequency):
Periodic customer (Distributors, Business Partners, End Users, ISV/IHV Partners) visits for SMB segment enablement activities Japan nationwide. (around 5 times per week)
