As Sustainability RFx Sales Coordinator you will support the design and the implementation of an innovative and collaborative strategy and action plan with our downstream ecosystem.
What will be Your Key Responsibilities:
Support Sustainability Success Managers during RFx processes
Analyze customer requirements and make recommendations on improvement process
Prepare and coordinate customer periodic sustainability performance report (e.g. carbon footprint)
Use LCA tool and work with subject matter experts to generate information to answer customer requests related to product sustainability attributes
Pre-fill customer sustainability questionnaires / information requests
Organize and maintain sustainability seller guide and sustainability sales content library
Secure sustainability sales material update periodically
Coordinate translations of materials
Master in Sustainability Management, Operations Management, or related field
3-5+ experience work experience as ESG data analyst or in sales process in a global and complex organization (preferably in the IT industry) or in a comparable role
Proven knowledge of environmental sustainability key challenges in the ICT industry specially LCA and Carbon Footprint management
Proven knowledge in project management / change management / transactional bidding process
Analytics and process thinking skills, organizational skills, presentation, and time management skills
Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
Language: fluent in English and in French – other languages are a plus.
