Responsible for the overall ISG B2B Revenue attainment through Partners for the North Territory.
Identify Partners, Build and Grow ISG business in the territory.
Partner enablement & certifications across products & solutions.
Conduct Monthly & quarterly reviews with Partner management.
Identify growth areas across partners.
Lead our partner community and increase partner satisfaction while focusing on long term profitable business, reliability and trustworthy Partnership for North region.
* Achieve sales target QoQ
* Local knowledge of territory and partners is a must
* Weekly forecasting and reporting of Sell Thru
* Local knowledge of territory and partners is a must
* Fair knowledge of servers/ storage is desirable
* Partner CxO engagement - Development, investments, escalations etc
* At least 7+ years of channel experience in the market
* Assess capabilities and ensure that all certification criteria are met
* Set growth targets, establish support structure and review and control achievement
* Drive GTM consistency and govern the partner engagement model including program structure
* Develop existing partners to ensure highest customer satisfaction
* Attract new partners, especially for new products & Solutions portfolio
* Responsible for partner certification, training and all channel programs
* Encourages Co-Marketing Activities
* Managing Large ISG partners
* Achieving and exceeding sales targets
* Training T3 partners on Lenovo ISG products portfolio including hardware, services and Software
* Managing partner breadth across the region
* Working along with the T1 team on inventory planning and management
* Giving timely feedback to the Product and HQ team on competition
* Driving the extended Lenovo sales team + Partner team to deliver on numbers and channel breadth
