We are looking for an experienced, ambitious, high potential Hybrid Sales Partner Manager helping us reaching our ambitious goals and becoming the driving force behind customer and partner success in Benelux. Reporting line is to the Benelux Channel and SMB Director.
Strategy and ambition
Lenovo’s ambition is to be #1 in the B2B segment in The Benelux, in line with the company’s worldwide goals and market position. Supporting these goals is a key element in the assignment for the Hybrid Sales Partner Manager, you will be responsible for execution of our Channel Partner strategy.
Job responsibilities:
- Averaging of 4 hours per day pro-active sales calls and activities to existing and new Partners
- Identification, qualification, and closing of sales opportunities
- Collaborating with partners in demand generation and marketing initiatives
- Weekly status reporting, forecasting and business planning vs. target
- Creating metric driven plans to grow Lenovo share within resellers
- Collaborating with our EMEA Channel and SMB organization to gain support & approval for local segment strategy and growth planning
- Develop new pre-defined business partners by strategically positioning of Lenovo and creating joint business plans
Position Requirements:
Our new Hybrid Sales Partner Manager is an energetic high potential with a 2-3 years successful commercial track record. You are an expert in partner management and have solid analytical and planning skills. Based on your interpersonal profile you know how to negotiate while maximizing customer satisfaction and delivering beyond customer expectations. Teamplayer, can do attitude and winner.
- University/ Higher Education (BA) Degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent
- Proven, successful B2B commercial experience (2-3years), inside sales
- Channel, Distribution and/or Direct Sales competence and experience
- Experience in Technology sector (preferred PC/IT hardware, services)
- Fluency in Dutch and English language
- Excellent presentation and digital communication skills
