Employment condition: Permanent Staff (Probation period: 6 months)
Working hours: 9:00-17:45 (Rest time: 1 hour (12:00-13:00))

- Consumer 4P manager dedicated for business planning and management of Lenovo brand PC, Tablet and peripherals
- Report to Consumer Category Lead

■Roles and responsibilities
- Plan and lead 4P strategy (product / price / place / promotion) for the consumer business
- Product portfolio management based on market, competitor and business analysis
- Set price and profit management
- Manage sales promotion budget including the rebate program
- Channel strategy management with sales action planning
- Co-work with marketing team to plan promotion strategy
- Supply forecast based on sales planning
- Strategy implementation to sales and other team

Requirements
Must Have – essential
- Over 5 years’ experience of business planning or strategy role in the ITC industry
- Proficient at problem solving by scientific and mathematical approach
- Communication skill based on logical thinking
- Analysis skill
- English and Japanese capability as business level
- PPT / Excel skill
Good to have – desirable
- Experience of sales, marketing and operation role for the consumer market
- Finance knowledge (P/L management etc.)
- Project management skill
