Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement go-to-market plans for new product launches, aligned with Lenovo’s data center portfolio priorities (e.g., ThinkSystem, ThinkAgile, TruScale)
  • Collaborate with sales and business unit leads to align campaigns with revenue goals and field needs
  • Partner with digital and content teams to build engaging assets, nurture tracks, and landing experiences tailored for buyer personas
  • Utilize marketing automation and CRM tools to build, manage, and optimize campaigns and lead flows
  • Measure performance of campaigns and adjust strategies to continuously improve ROI, pipeline impact, and conversion rates
  • Coordinate with corporate marketing teams to tailor global campaigns and messaging for local execution
  • Work with strategic partners (e.g., Intel, Microsoft, NVIDIA, AMD) on co-marketing and joint demand generation initiatives

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a focus on demand generation, campaign management, or product marketing
  • Proven experience marketing enterprise IT solutions (servers, storage, cloud infrastructure, or networking)
  • Strong understanding of the data center ecosystem, trends, and buyer journey
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Eloqua) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Analytical mindset and experience with reporting on campaign performance and pipeline contribution
  • Excellent communication and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working within or marketing to IT decision-makers in enterprise environments
  • Familiarity with channel and partner marketing
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed global organization
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA is a plus)
