The EMEA Intel Business Development Manager is a key role in a very fast pace growing region. We are looking for a strong, experienced, and high-achieving individual to take ownership and drive the Lenovo Intel Servers in the assigned segments.
This position will be responsible for the Intel product for data center business for Lenovo ESMB in EMEA.
This role needs an individual who can work in a team, is motivated, able to handle a fast-moving environment, responsive, proactive, ambitious and excels in relationship management with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization both Internally and externally including C-level executives, sales, technical and marketing teams.
As an EMEA Intel ESMB BDM you will be responsible for:
- Increase Lenovo-Intel share in the assigned Market Segment
- Facilitate the promotion of the Intel-based products internally (sales force, pre-sales team, ISR) and externally (Distributors and resellers)
- Establish, manage and maintain relationships with key Distributors and key business partners at all levels.
- Ensure a correct tracking of opportunities and manage the maintenance of these
- Ensure distributors and BPs are fully enabled on the product portfolio and the necessary sales and technical accreditations are achieved
- Ensure distributors enable the resellers to understand and successfully promote the Lenovo product based on Intel processors.
- Help the Local category leaders to develop a strategic Lenovo-Intel growth plan
- Pro-active strategic Business & marketing planning to show good levels of ROI, increased share of wallet and focused activities around higher AUR products
- Support the reseller sales team to increase the acquisition of new Intel Business, support and attends partners’ events to deliver the proper Lenovo-Intel messages
- Articulate Lenovo’s 360 value proposition across the channel community, successfully apply business intelligence and understand how markets and competitors will influence the selling of Lenovo-Intel products and services
- Attend and support business reviews with key distributors, work with EMEA sales leaders to ensure distributors hold the minimum level of inventory required
Position Requirements:
- 5+ years business development experience with technology products, ideally from ISG
- Strong understanding of channel management or channel-based sales models
- Analytical skills, experience with financial management and P&L, creating business plans
- Professional fluency in English
- Excellent communication, negotiation and collaboration skills, ability to build alliances

For Slovakia only: The base salary is 5,500 EUR per month, with an OTE (On-Target Earnings) of 95,600 EUR annually, which includes a 30% incentive component.
