Description and Requirements

In this new role, you will be managing assigned IT projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope of project. Develops, maintains, and revises proposals for assigned projects including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing.

YOU WILL

  • Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

  • Gather, analyze and plan requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects

  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress & monitor maintenance

  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs

  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques

  • Manage project issues and escalation

  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks

  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

  • Support change of management, handling IT contract, payment & procurements

  • Experience in writing/planning for IT project budget on paper

YOU BRING

  • Strong experience in managing projects in Public Sector / WOG environment

  • Project management stages from initiation till operation handover

  • Infrastructure typed project management as secondary skills

  • Experience in handling project management in Infrastructure related - conduct compliance / audit. Good exposure in cybersecurity solutions etc.

  • 5-10 years of experiences to work as a team internally and externally vendor resources

  • Excellent communication and written skills

  • Able to handle multiple projects concurrently
