Role overview:
We are now seeking a Client Manager – Financial Services to lead our commercial strategy across the Kingdom’s most influential financial institutions. You will own the end-to-end customer relationship, drive strategic growth, and deliver high-value, tailored solutions across banking, insurance, and digital financial ecosystems.
What will you do:
- Drive Lenovo’s strategic positioning in Financial Services as a trusted technology and transformation partner
- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts, delivering revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction targets
- Develop executive-level relationships with CXOs, building long-term trusted partnerships
- Translate client needs into compelling multi-product and services-led solutions, leveraging Lenovo’s full portfolio
- Lead complex deal cycles, contract negotiations, and account planning aligned to Lenovo’s commercial cadence
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (BU, Services, Solutions, Alliances) to co-create industry-relevant offerings
- Track and anticipate market, competitive, and regulatory trends within KSA’s Financial Services landscape
- Ensure customer success through lifecycle engagement and post-sales excellence
What will you do:
- 8+ years in enterprise sales or client management, ideally within Financial Services or ICT in the KSA market
- Demonstrated ability to access and influence C-Level executives in financial institutions
- Strong track record of revenue growth and strategic account development
- Solid understanding of enterprise IT, infrastructure, services, and digital transformation models
- Experience managing complex sales cycles, RFPs, and public-sector procurement standards
- Commercial savvy: P&L awareness, deal structuring, and business case development
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Fluent in English; Arabic is highly desirable
- Willingness to travel within KSA and regionally
