As part of this exciting journey, Lenovo is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full life cycle recruitment initiatives for our Office of the CTO. This role will focus primarily on driving growth for our Advanced AI Technology Center (AAITC).
The AAITC’s mission is to ensure Lenovo’s R&D investments align with corporate strategy while implementing effective mechanisms to assess the impact of R&D on business outcomes. Their work focuses on building and delivering core AI capabilities, centralizing AI expertise, establishing best practices, and accelerating AI tool deployment across the organization.
The Talent Acquisition Partner will serve as the primary point of contact for hiring managers and HR business partners, managing key roles within this space. The ideal candidate will consult closely with hiring managers on all aspects of the recruitment process, including strategy development, candidate selection, compensation planning, and offer presentation/negotiation.
This role is based in the Bratislava area and follows a hybrid work model (3 days in-office, 2 remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit for emerging and strategic skill sets, particularly within the AI and technology domains.
- Proactively source candidates using a variety of channels, including internet platforms, social media, headhunting, and other creative sourcing techniques.
- Create and negotiate complex offers that may include long-term incentives, relocation, and visa sponsorship components.
- Collaborate with global HR Business Partners and provide guidance on the EMEA hiring process.
- Support hiring managers and teams across multiple countries and regions.
Basic Requirements
- 5+ years of professional-level recruitment experience in the technology sector, ideally focused on AI roles.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Expertise in candidate sourcing, talent planning, and competitive market analysis.
- Solid analytical capabilities with experience generating reports and recruiting metrics.
- Prior experience as a dedicated recruitment focal point is highly preferred.
