Description and Requirements

Lenovo is looking for an intern to join our Talent Acquisition team and support the regional recruitment process across Latin America. If you are an advanced student of Human Resources, psychology or a related field don’t hesitate to apply.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Tracking candidates information and maintaining up-to-date candidate status information;
  • Maintaining internal and external job postings;
  • Consult/advise managers on overall hiring process, collaborate on job requisition details and creation, and initiate recruiting process with robust intake session;
  • Source talented and diverse candidates through creative methods and understand predictive impact of applied strategies;
  • Ensure positive applicant experience through the interview and hiring process;
  • Send candidate correspondence and follow-up, including offer paperwork, and new hire information.

Position Requirements:

  • Advance student of Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field;
  • English advanced;
  • Proactive and positive attitude;
  • Ability to develop in multicultural environment.
  • Availability to work on an hybrid model (3 days at the office/2 days from home).
