We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Presales Training Manager to develop and execute world-class training programs for our global Solution Architecture teams. In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of technical and consultative training across our broad solutions portfolio—including Digital Workplace, Datacenter Modernization, Compute Capacity Acceleration and AI solutions—build on Advisory, Design, Implementation, Support and Managed Services.
You will work at the intersection of technical depth, sales excellence, and field readiness, enabling our technical presales teams to confidently drive customer outcomes and competitive differentiation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain global training programs and learning paths for Solution Architects and other technical presales roles.
- Translate complex solutions and services into modular, role-based enablement content—incorporating use cases, customer scenarios, and industry trends.
- Partner closely with presales leaders, solution portfolio leads, product managers, marketing, and sales leadership to align training to GTM strategy and field priorities.
- Deliver a blend of e-learning, live virtual sessions, hands-on labs, internal and external certifications, and enablement assets through our LMS, 3rd party learning and global field events.
- Measure training effectiveness and impact on field performance through KPIs, learner feedback, and business outcomes.
- Maintain deep familiarity with evolving technologies and services to ensure training remains current and impactful.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and skills growth across the global presales community.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years in technical training or presales in a large IT, consulting, or cloud technology organization.
- Deep understanding of enterprise IT architecture, hybrid cloud, infrastructure, end-user computing, and AI/ML trends.
- Proven experience in designing training programs for technical audiences such as solution architects, presales engineers, or consultants.
- Strong instructional design skills and familiarity with adult learning principles.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with LMS platforms (e.g., Cornerstone, Workday Learning, or similar) and content creation tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, or video editing platforms) is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously in a fast-paced, global environment.

*Slovakia only: Base gross monthly salary starts from 4 000 EUR. The final offer could be, of course, negotiated higher than the advertised minimum - it all depends on your experience! In addition, there is also variable part (a bonus) in value of 14% of your annual earnings.
