We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to support oversee the execution of transactional agreements, including tracking of key milestones and deliverables with our strategic partners. This role will ensure alignment between Lenovo’s regional operations and local governance frameworks, while driving operational excellence with internal and external stakeholders.
Your day-to-day responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day coordination of Lenovo’s RHQ engagement with Alat, including project planning, milestone tracking and reporting.
- Monitor and ensure timely delivery of key obligations outlined in legal agreements (MOP, BDPA, etc.) and coordinate engagement across multiple stakeholders.
- Develop expertise in KSA local governance, regulatory frameworks, and industry-specific requirements relevant to Lenovo’s regional activities.
- Assist in the preparation of executive reports, presentations, and communications related to strategic programs.
What you’ll bring:
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the IT or technology industry.
- Knowledge of Saudi Arabia’s regulations and local IT business landscape.
- Excellent communication, time management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive project manager with strong organizational and reporting skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is required.
