The Incentives Manager will be responsible for driving incentive-related planning and execution, managing P&L and cost analyses, and providing financial insights to support decision-making at a regional level. The ideal candidate will combine solid financial and business acumen with a good understanding of government programs and local regulations.
Your day-to-day responsibilities:
- Lead financial tracking, reporting, and analysis of RHQ-related incentive programs.
- Develop ad hoc financial analyses and manage budget monitoring activities to support RHQ operations.
- Conduct detailed P&L, cost, and variance analysis to identify risks and opportunities on specific projects.
- Coordinate with finance, legal, and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with government incentive requirements and milestones.
- Support financial due diligence and analysis as needed for special projects.
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, or business planning roles, preferably in the tech or IT industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting tools.
- Experience working with or within KSA national entities or understanding local incentive programs is a strong plus.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is required.
- Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive with demonstrated ability to handle complex data and deliver insights that drive business outcomes.
