Description and Requirements
This leader will drive the team to grow new logos and/or new lines of business growth within existing accounts. They will be responsible for developing short and long-term strategies for market share but ensuring a maniacal focus on pipeline health and operational efficiency while also ensuring rep development and growth.
Key Responsibility Areas
- Build and orchestrate sales pipeline activity, ensuring active nurturing of deals and movement of opportunities to close
- Meet or exceed quarterly revenue & margin quotas.
- Proven track record in leading a team with a high focus on strategic selling to Corporate Customers in the East of the US
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex sales engagements and interlocking teams across multiple organizations.
Position Requirements:
Basic qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience leading a team in the Enterprise/Infrastructure industry required.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent/relevant experience required.
- Ability to travel within North American territory up to 40% of the time.
Required qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills, able to manage multiple complex sales engagements concurrently.
- Possess a strong skillset for CRM management and the ability to articulate business objectives AND results.
-Strong hunting sales experience is a must.
