Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, maintenance, and optimization of the team's automated testing framework.
• Design and implement automated API testing strategies.
• Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines for projects.
• Provide automation training and technical guidance to team members to enhance overall testing capabilities.
• Organize cross-departmental collaboration to drive effective solutions.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above; 5+ years of software testing experience, with at least 3 years in automated testing. Preference for candidates with experience in large-scale projects.
• Expertise in at least one mainstream automated testing framework (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG).
• Proficiency in API testing methodologies and tools (e.g., Postman, JMeter).
• Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
• Strong programming skills in at least one language (e.g., Java, Python, C#).
• Basic operations knowledge of common databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB).
• Practical experience with AI tools or productivity enhancers; preference for candidates sensitive to emerging AI trends.
