For our Enterprise & Public Sector Sales Team, we are looking for a Field Account Sales Executive, dedicated to our existing customers in the Large Enterprise team, who will sell Lenovo products, services, and solutions to our clients. You will be responsible for uncovering opportunities, selling the benefits of the full catalog of Lenovo products and selling against the competition.
You will champion the innovative power of our products by driving sales with key customers to achieve revenue and profitability objectives. You will configure, price, negotiate and quote sales solutions as well as provide, proactive follow-up, product information and overall account support. You understand Lenovo’s portfolio of award-winning products and will develop strategies to acquire new customers and implement the best solutions. In terms of organization - you will report to the Large Enterprise Sales Manager.
What tasks are waiting for you in the role?
- Manage sales territory and account engagements to ensure sufficient opportunities to meet and exceed quota targets
- Build and maintain relationships with Account decision makers and decision influencers, key business partners and influencers in the territory
- Build complex sales strategy to ensure both long- and short-term goals, objects and quotas are met.
- Develop and cultivate client relationships with both new and existing customers while achieving profit and revenue objectives.
- Ensure that our customers receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service.
- Work within corporate initiatives including weekly forecast and opportunity management to reach high performance goals.
- Conversant in market and customer business requirements and trends for the IT & tech market and maintains market and competitive knowledge to ensure credibility with Customers
- Develop long term sales pipeline and relationships to increase Lenovo’s market share
- Sell complex products or solutions to customers on a partnership basis. May act as a dedicated resource to one or just a few strategic accounts.
- Establish a professional, working, and consultative, relationship with the client, including the C-level by developing a core understanding of the unique business needs of the client within their industry.
- Maintain expertise on typical budgets, objectives, measures, and metrics of the customer’s leadership team.
